IM & P Cluster

I have a question regarding IM &P clustering.  We currently have 2 nodes in our cluster - one publisher and one subscriber.  These VM's are physically located on hosts in the same data center. 

Is it possible to spin-up another subscriber node in an alternate location and add it to the cluster and then remove the existing subscriber from the cluster?  That way we achieve some geographical diversity.

No, you can have up to 3 sub-clusters for IM&P, and each one can only have 2 servers.

You cannot add a 3rd server, you'd need to remove one of the servers from the sub-cluster, to add the new one.

You've already reviewed the network requirements for CoW, correct?
