Hello.
We are trying attendant console softwares for our CUCM 8.6.
We are testing object sw, Imagicle Stonevoice Blue's Attendant Console, using last 2012 evaluation version.
I've followed installation and configuration instructions, but some problems remains:
- operator status remains offline (red icon right up corner)
- phones/users status remain grey, until every phone receive or place a call
- in phone address book, appear only 100 users, while we have more than 500 users (I've tryed to modify this setting from AC Server, but result doen't change)
Is there anybody that successfully use this product?

Hello Daniele,
looks like TAPI link to UCM is not up.
We can definitely help you, please submit a case:
www.imagicle.com/go/support
As far as the internal address book, it is just limited to 100 users displayed.
Just type the user u need to get info in the search box and press Enter.
