IMP and CUCM Mismatch Version

Hi All ,

I'm trying to install IMP server to the CUCM Cluster , but I've error with mismatch version.

CUCM Version : 10.5.2.13900-12

I'm using Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_10.5.2.10000_5.sgn.Iso to install the IMP version , after checking the installation reply with the mismatch error at attached.

Knowing that based on what I'm reading that must three numbers must be the same 10.5.2 .

Yeah, that's not IM&P that you're trying to install, that's a CUCM ISO, and you can clearly see that at the top of your screenshot. All servers in the CUCM cluster need to run the exact same release.

Basically you can install any 10.5.2X version of IMP using a Bootable disc. I think in your case you are trying to install a CUCM with a CUCM disc.
