Incoming call transfer to another extension by Single Key Press

Dear All,

Is it possible to transfer incoming call on Phone A to Phone B by simply pressing single key on Phone A itself.

Here I do not want to receive the call & then transfer it. But I need to transfer the call to another extension while it is still ringing.

Please suggest if it can be done & how it can be done.

Hi Vikrant,

You can configure Call forward all on Phone A, other than that you can redirect a call through iDivert to voice mail, but the existing CUCM design does not let you transfer a call in ringing state.
