Interview Handler: No voicemail messages found

When leaving a message on an Interview Handler, I expect the message to be in the mailbox associated with the "Interview Handler". I'm running Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(3).

Interviewers leave their messages for the subscriber or distribution list set up as the "message recipient" for the interview handler (not the owner). If you have a subscriber configured for the message recipient and you're leaving messages for an interviewer and that subscriber is not getting the messages, I'd suspect there should be NDRs kicking into the Unaddressed Messages distribution list that would give us a clue as to why the messages wouldn't be getting delivered.

Is verizon wireless actually deploying Unity?

We use Unity/CM for our in-house communications. I don't know of any plans to implement otherwise.
