Can someone tell me which wav file(s) under C:\CommServer\Localize\Prompts\{lang}\{codec}\ contain the message I did not recognize that as a valid entry.?

Use Windows Explorer to search all the prompt.ini files in each subfolder for the text you're looking for. Pop open those prompt.ini files and they will tell you which wav files you want.

As a side note, the latest CDE Studio tool (http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_CDEStudio.htm) has a "search prompt text" feature when you right click anywhere on any conversation that will search all the prompt INI files for a matching sub string - it can be handy to find what you're looking for as well...

Look forward to trying it. But since it's only Unity 4.0(5) on and my specific focus here is 4.0(4) it will have to wait.

Better yet I did search if .ini files under C:\CommServer\Localize\Prompts\ENU\G711 looking for the text "invalid entry". AvPHGreetENU402.wav is the file.
