Invalid ITS command

While deleting 1 extension through GUI I'm getting the error: Invalid ITS command option. Please help me to resolve this. CME version is 7.X

Hi,

Such an error may arise if you have configured the IP phone to have logout profile(i.e. to use Extension Mobility) and you are trying to configure the phone via the admin GUI page. Remove those logout profiles and check. Also, try using CLI if possible and see if it works.
