Hi All,
The web-based service directly on the phone doesn't work answering "Agent is not active, try with another agent". The day before was working fine.

You need to let us know what system this is on. Is this with UCCX or UCCE, what version, is this Finesse agent desktop, something else?

Hi Chris,
Is a UCCX and Yes, is Finesse agent desktop. This service include a specifc URL towards an Cisco MCS IVR, Announcements are working fine, but we are not able to login on this Server, probably for this reason that IPCC Login Service doesn't work.
