Hi all,
Can someone guide me how to fix licensing that I need for IP Phone used with CUCM.
I found cisco configuration tools but it seems as inaccessible.

Hi Foued,
I am not a 100% sure That i am understanding your question correctly, but for any license related query you can send an email to licensing@cisco.com and they would be able to answer all questions.

What version of CUCM are you running, and can you rephrase your question regarding what information are you looking for.

I looking to purchase CUCM 11.5 and Cisco Unity for conference.
My question is : is there an utility which help me to fix license that I need (like cisco commerce workspace which help us to define our deal).
