IP Telephony - Incorrect time in Cisco IP Communicator

Hi All,
We installed a Cisco IP Communicator. It works fine but the time in CIPC is 4 hours ahead. The time in the PC is correct. Also, the Date/Time Group in Call Manager also has the correct time zone. Can anyone provide suggestions on what could be the issue?
