Hi Everyone,
Is there a way to make your number withheld for the odd call.
I know that you can did 141 from your mobile but it doesn't work on the cisco phone.
This is in the UK
Thanks
Nathan

Are you asking for the DTMF code, to block your caller ID?
This link says it's 141 in the UK, whereas in the US it's *67.

Make sure your PSTN partition has a pattern like (US example): 9.*67[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX
Let us know if it works.

Hi Anthony,
Sorry for the long delay on answering this case.
Is there a way to do this on the cucm, perhaps a route partition.
The number they use to dial out is 8 and we need the uk dialing code of 141.
Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Nathan

Create a 8141.! pattern or whatever would suit your needs and just adjust the calling party presentation parameters in the route pattern so you don't show the calling party number.
Just tell users to dial that way when they want to hide their number.
