I would like to change IP address of cucm.
What should be the steps to change the IP and Hostname!

Hi Nizam,
This looks to be an issue with the DNS server configuration, please ensure that cucm server info is setup correctly there.

It would helpful for me if you explain.
It is noted that, I've added a new host-name in the DNS of Domain Controller to avoid conflict with the existing host-name. After that while I try to change IP add by cli then the error has been arisen.

The procedure is documented for a reason. There are steps you go through make and validate the change, which you have skipped.
I would restore your backup and start again.

Hi Harrison,
Thanks for sharing the link. I could already changed the IP address but another problem has been raised.
While I going to login to cucm an error is prompted is "Database communication error"
What should I do now?
