Hi All , we have configured voicemail for our reception phone and recorded a personal greeting , everything is working fine but when users call and call is not answered first Cisco default Voicemail is heard then our recorded greeting. i have checked all the configuration in call handlers and everything seems to fine . thanks in advance..

Make sure that on the required Call Handler >> Edit >> Greetings >> Standard >> Callers Hear is set to My Personal Recording

As checked callers hears is set to My personal recording.
we are able to hear recorded message but before that Cisco default VM is playing.

Run Port Status Monitor and check what is the exact call flow once the call comes into Unity Connection that is playing the DEfault VM before your personal recording. PSM can be downloaded from below link

Call into CUC is coming for the number 8680 whereas the called number is 8200. For what extension have you created the CH in CUC.
