Jabber Directory search and profile pictures doesn't work on IOS and Android devices

Hi

I have Cisco Jabber on my company and it was working perfectly but now directory integration and profile pictures doesn't work on Android and IOS devices.

Attached you can find my jabber-config.xml

CUCM 9.1

CUCM IM & Presence 9.1

Unity Connection 9.1

Android and IOS jabber 10.6

I hope you can help me.

You can only have ONE of each of the possible attributes there, you have more than one for BDI

<BDILDAPServerType>AD</BDILDAPServerType>
<BDILDAPServerType>OpenLDAP</BDILDAPServerType>

You're right I changed that only for "<BDILDAPServerType>AD</BDILDAPServerType>" and I tested it again but it doesn't work.

I can´t do search and see profile pictures.
