Jabber Users faced with Webex login

We have edited the the Jabberconfig file & this has worked fine for a few months, however this behaviour has started again. I've checked the config file and can see the entry

<ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>WEBEX</ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices>

Try with setting this via the bootstrap during installation instead of in the Jabber configuration. This is an example of the installation switches we used when we where using Jabber.

start msiexec /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi ALLUSERS=1 CLEAR=1 LANGUAGE=1033 EXCLUDED_SERVICES=WEBEX,CUP
