Jtapi Login Failed - CUE 7.0.5 NME and CUCM 7.1.3

I am having problems trying to integrate CUE and CUCM. I created the Aplication User in the CUCM and gave it the correct Role and Password. Created also the Cti Ports and associated them to de Aplication user. The ping betwen both CUCM and CUE is OK. But when i run the initializacion wizard popup this error "Jtapi login Failed - Error while determinating CCM version -1"

Hi, try reloading your CUE. I have seen this problem and reloading the CUE module helped.

I also checked the compatibility matrix and it seems that this setup should work (versions are compatible).

G.

I already did the CUE reload several times. In fact i restore the CUE to factory default and still the problem. I have to clear that the CUE and The CUCM are remote connected through a WAN, but the pings betwen both are responding.

Hi,
try logging into cucm as the jtapi user to see if it works.
Can you also restart the CTI Manager on the CUCM side?

Hi Gergely, thanks for your help, i'm new on this kind of system, so i need to know how can i login into cucm as jtapi user? and i restart the CTI Manager several times before. in fact i have another CUE working with other Aplication user, i tried to use this Aplication User with the CUE that has problem but it did not work.

CUCM SUSCRIBER:

Hi,

can you try to telnet to port 2748 of the CUCM from the router?

G.

this is the result of telnet:

La_Urbina#tel

La_Urbina#telnet 10.10.9.160 2748

Trying 10.10.9.160, 2748 ... Open

Well it seems you've got all bases covered. CTI server and port open, SCP communication open, I cannot see any problems here.

Would it be possible to update to 7.0.6 (preferably a clean software install)?

G.
