Hello, I'd like to know how can I solve an error that I got on a recent LCU (v9.1.2) run. I succesfully connected to my customer CUCM (v5.1), and even got to the next page after clicking the Generate Report button; but when I tried to export the report, I got an error stating that it can't do it, that I should check the log, here's what the log shows:
2015-03-13 10:39:27,842 ERROR [AWT-EventQueue-0] UctLog - Unable to save report: .\LCU-2015-03-13-10-39-27.csv (Acceso denegado)
("Acceso denegado" = access denied)
What may seem the problem here?
I've used before this same version and instance of LCU succesfully.
