LDAP Logon for CP Assurance - not authenticating

Hi Team

I have setup LDAP settings. I can see the test connection is successfull however when I try to logon using my LDAP account, authentication fails.

under "User Management" i have created a user account with the same alias as my AD account and have also enabled it as an LDAP user and provided the relavnt roles. However I still cannot authenticate using AD credentials and logon. Is there any other task we need to do or can we perform additional tasks? Server has already been bounced.

thanks

M

Hi Musa

We need to have a webex to check this out. What time range next week is good for you.  and let us know the timezone as well

thx

Prem

any updates regarding this issue as i'm facing the same exact problem ?

One thing to note is that the assurance server uses the CN for the web GUI login authentication.  Make sure you are entering "John Doe" instead of the sAMAccountName for the username when trying to login.

thanks Joe, it works, u r the best
