LDAP on CUCM 8.6

Is there has any offical document that CUCM 8.6 are not support Windows 2012 LDAP service?

its officially being supported with version 10.X. 2012 is not mentioned as tested version in 8.X and 9.x but its mentioned as supported in 10.X see below docs:

Although I believe it should work but is not tested and will not be supported by Cisco.
