LDAP Sync multiple OU

HI.  I currently have AD sync working with CUCM (6.1.5).  It currently only points to an employees OU but I want to sync some resource accounts in another OU.  If I create another directory configuration pointing to this resource OU it shouldn't affect the other sync in any way correct?  ie It shouldn't delete anything existing from the employees OU sync right?

Correct. If you're doing LDAP Authentication as well be sure the Search Base listed there is high enough to cover both OUs you are pulling in.
