Hi Hany,
Like my buddy Aman nicely noted the CCM 4.x licensing was far different back in the day and there was no "License Report" like the newer CUCM builds support. There was a method using DMA (Data Migration Assistant) when moving from 4.x to 7.x that created a license file that could be used to fulfill the new licenses on 7.x, the details of that are shown in this old thread;

In the last post on that thread I also linked a spreadsheet called DLU calculator that could be used to submit to licensing@cisco.com to receive the new licenses. But you have to keep in mind that all CCM 4.3 licenses are now probably invalid because there would be no UCSS available on 4.3 versions due to the EoL (End of Life) which was January 2014;
Your best bet now, would be to work with your Cisco account team and licensing@cisco.com to see if there are and license migration options available.
Cheers!

Hi Aman,
sorry, what do you mean by all paper license ?

Hi ,
you would have got Cisco Document showing what all u have purchased i.e. IP phone licenses and Server Licenses.
The same could be used as a proof of purchase for Auditing purpose.

Hi Aman,
Thanks a lot, but this was purchased long time ago where I was not here, is there any way to extract or export it from CCM currently installed ?

Hi Hany,
If it is a paper license then, how can we extract.
Let us wait for reply , if anybody is aware of the same.
