Licensing of CUACS and CUACA

HI all,

we have the license for CUACA, but the customer wants to install CUACS because of the server requirement in CUACA.

so Can use CUACA license for CUACS or do we need to downgrade /RMA the existing CUACA license

The license files are not interchangeable. Assuming you’re on an annuity subscription - everyone should be these days - it should be as simple as a change/modify order to remove one license and add the other instead. Total contract value cannot decrease so you’ll likely need to pick a larger quantity of the cheaper standard license to net out to the same value as the more expensive advanced license. Standard is licensed per installed-PC, not user, BTW.
