Can you remove "compand-type a-law" command from the BRI voice-ports and then test ?

I have test but problem still persiste

With the command removed, take a PCM capture for a test call. Keep it active for 10 - 15 seconds before hanging up.

I'm not on the site i take the capture and i comeback to you

Hi ,

attached the requested PCM capture.

please remove ".txt" from the file extension

Thank you in advance.

Sorry but you need to grab that again. Do not change or add an extension. Send it in a DAT extension itself. It causes issues.

Hi again,

i cant upload files in DAT extension in this forum.

I will grab them again and put a link to download it in DAT extention.

Add them to a dropbox or google drive if that works.

Got the same happening today as well...

what I have found on a NIM-BRI4 is that port 0 & 2 = Loud screech yet port 1 & 3 = total silence (no speech)....

My first time configuring on 4331 as normally configured on 2911. Something not right....

Couple of defects for NIM-FXO -

If the DSP firmware needs an upgrade for you, you can upgrade the IOS. If you only want to upgrade the DSP FW and not the IOS, open up a TAC case.

Sorry, mine was with a NIM-BRI4 (sorry typed incorrect card before).

Just as FYI - my issue was resolved via an RMA on the card. Apparently a certain batch had issues etc...

Cheers!

I had the same problem, the issue was resolved by changing the NIM card.
