I've been asked to use Jabber to connect to a service.
I'm running Mac Os 10.15.4. I have tried with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. I same the same problem with each. I have also tried on a second Mac with similar specs and have the same problem.
I get sound both ways and we can talk
They can see me
BUT I can't see them.
I have a black screen with the Gear down in the left corner and the End/Start call button in the middle.
It works with Windows, iPad, and iPhone. The Windows install on Chrome was exactly the same process as I used on the Mac, but the Windows version worked.
I'm running the latest of each software and have made sure trust is working for all.
I have used Zoom, Google, Facetime, Skype, Goto Meeting, WebEx, and WebRTC products with no problems, but required to use Jabber for this call.
