Hello,
I have cucm 12,5, Media Sense and Analog Lines
If a user dials a call and the end user phone is switched off or the end user did not pick call,Cisco Media sense will record it as connected calls instead of missed calls
what could be the issue?

I can't tell exactly what you mean. The title says it doesn't record missed calls, but you text in the post sounds like it is recording missed calls. I would not expect missed calls to be recorded because the media end point is voicemail, not the phone with a recording profile.

Hello Elliot,
thanks for your response.Let me make it clear.
if I make an outbound call to an analog line and the end user did not pick the call or the phone no of the end user is switched off, media sense records this call as connected calls instead of the missed calls.
so if we check cucm cdr log,it shows connected calls as if there was a conservation. So cucm cdr should record that unanswered calls as missed calls.
this has to do with the Analog lines. The pri and sip calls work well.
