MediaSense Login Error

I just did fresh installation for MediaSense 9 and when trying to login to MediaSense Administrator I get this error "Unable to login as Config service is down". All other pages are not accessible too. From CLI I see Cisco MediaSense Configuration Service STARTED. Any fix for this?

I managed to solve it. I believe it was due to similar login conditionals that I made when first installing the MediaSense. I re-installed it and I made different logins for OS administrator and application users and that solve it.

utils service restart Cisco MediaSense Configuration Service

 

That works for me on MediaSense 10.0.1
