MediaSense recordings access

Hi,

Is there any way that an API user can be created to access the call recordings of specific set of users. In the current scenario the mediasense API user can select and hear all the calls that are recorded in the mediasense. I want to give access to managers who can hear only calls of the staffs in his department.
