Meeting Place 8 and MS outlook

I have Meeting place 8 and i have installed application server S/W, i need to let the users schedule meeting from the outlook, shall i have to install the web server S/W or application server S/W is enough

I am getting error again and again disk not detected where it is looking for cisco unified communications DVD. I did not had any trouble with Webexnode.

And answer to your question is yes you need Webserver from Scheduling but cisco recommends use webx scheduling with MP8.
