I have a 7965 phone that when I hit the Messages button, it goes to voicemail, but when I try to enter the pin, it is always incorrect and then eventually locks the account. However, if I dial 6600 to get to the voicemail, then *XXXX for the extension, then the pin, it lets me right into the voicemail.
I can't seem to find anything out of the ordinary as why this is happening. It is only on one phone. It almost seems like it is going to and incorrect DN for the voicemail.
Any help would be appreciated.
