Hi TengFei,  points

Error from the logs:

02/18/2013 18:12:33 PlatformXmlUpg|Internal Error, File:platformXmlUpg.c:548, Function: migrateNTPdata(), Using this machine's address (192.168.186.5) as an external NTP server is invalid.  The NTP server must literally be an external machine.|<:CRITICAL>

Looks like you are giving the machines IP (192.168.186.5) as the NTP. Try changing the NTP address to a local router with NTP Master setup on it. A local windows NTP server should also get you through the install.

Hope this helps !

Hi

What is the file you are using. Is it restricted or unrestricted.

Also what is the current version of your CUCM restricted or unrestricted.

Hello Ronak

where can I see the CUCM is restricted or unrestricted ?

        Thank you for your answer!

When you logon to CUCM Admin page - Next to CUCM Version it will say unrestricted if its an unrestricted version. If it displays version only then its restricted version.

Follow further instructions from Ronak or Yash to resolve your issue.
