Modification times polling for unregister phone

Currently I have the version 10.5 of CPC Assurence, in End-User Impact in the default dashboard I can see the register and unregister phone, but I see that until you spend 30 minutes this value is refreshed.

 

Could you help me what and where change the valor for the change be more quickly?

Hi David,

With proper configuration (syslogs are sent from CUCM to PCA), PCA can detect an endpoint getting registered/unregistered in roughly 10 minutes. Then, for the graphs to be refreshed, it takes about 20 minutes. I would say that's about the correct time you are seeing. If you are looking for (near-)real-time statistics, i'm afraid that's not possible yet.
