You can still use DIRT to do this. DIRT will export your mailboxes to PST files. And DIRT will also restore these in the new AD only if you have the same alias or create new. If not, there is a tool to map Alias to newAlias, then import.
Other option would be to Trust the two Domains and possibly migrate mailboxes through Exchange Move tool.
