MPE 2.1.1.2 problems with email notifications and date

We have installed MPE 2.1.1.2, we found the following issues

-email notifications are not sent neither with exchange nor Domino

- after setting the date following the installation process we noticed that the date change for 1 moth period (we set August but is shown July !!)

We found somo info regardig MPE's release notes 2.1, we just found one related to exchange caveats CsCsm42684.

Any of you have installed MPE 2.1.1.2 and

had to face this isssues??

with MPE 2.0.2 we don't have those problems.
