Have UCM and MRA hosted by Cisco. Everything was working fine until recently. Remote IP Phones (e.g. 8851) cannot register. From the phone's message menu, it's trying to download the configuration file (SEPxxxxxxxxxxxx.cnf.xml). Keeps trying and trying but not going forward.
Cisco TAC is investigating. What's interesting is - Remote Jabber works fine - can sign in and make phone calls.
My curiosity is - How Jabber is different from 8851 phones, from MRA registration perspective?
