Multiple OU User Search Base

Hello,

Previously I use CUCM to provision user services. All users are LDAP Sync, and I have 3 LDAP Directories because of 3 OU.

Example : OU=groupa,DC=client,DC=com / OU=groupb,DC=client,DC=com / OU=groupc,DC=client,DC=com

Now I use PCP with LDAP sync to provision services.

There is an issue, because I can put only1 OU as User Search Base, so not all users display on Prime.

It is not possible to put only DC=client,DC=com (not supported).

Can you tell me is there a way to synchronize my 3 OU on PCP ?

Clement,

you can create separate domains and have a sync per domain.

In general, in the moment you define sync rules for the domain you can use also a custom filter and start in the root directory

Is it possible to sync a specific sub-OU to a PCP domain?  For example, the PCP Device called LDAP is set to OU-Staff.  However, for a new PCP Domain, i would want OU-Itinerant, OU-Staff   How do I set that up for a specific PCP Domain?
