MWI notifcation on delivery of read recipts....

Hello I have Unity 4.0(3) with E2k off box running. We can not seem to find a way of enabling the MWI lamp to be lit when we recieve a read recipt. Is this a setting that can be changed ?

When we go into the mailbox to check the message is there. MWI works fine for other voice messages.

No, this currently is not adjustable. The MWI notification triggers are hard coded and will only fire on voice mail events - you can't have MWI turning on for email or faxes or receipts.

As with all such items it's best to get your account team to open a PER for it or the product folks will not know this is something people in the field find desirable.
