Need help - CUCM

Dear Expert;

 

how are u all. problem is ATA device is  working fine no issues but it is not showing ip address assigned to it.  I have to find the ip address of that device in order to configure it via web login. kindly find attached screenshot .......

 

what could be issue how i can see the ip address of ATA is there any other way to check ?????

The failure to show registration status & IP address could be a fault in the real-time information systems in CUCM. A simple solution is to reboot the cluster.  (I *think* you can just restart the "Cisco RIS Data Collector" service)

 

Another way to find the current IP address the ATAs have, would be to look at your DHCP server logs.

dhcp is in cucm which i cant view ..... let me restart the cucm or the service i come back to u.....
