Need help on buying new CUCM 8.0

Hello folks,

The management wants me to make a list of new CUCM to order.

I really don't understand how to do it. I've found that there is workplace license and ESW. But I don't understand it.

We have CallManager 4.3 that needs to be upgraded to CUCM 8.0 and over 600 phone devices, most of them are 7911 and 7941, 7970 and I know there is UCL licensing as well. We have couple new MCS 7845 for them.Please help me out with licensing.

Your best option for this is to open a case with PDI help desk or contact a Cisco partner that can help you create a BOM (bill of material).

What kind of services are not provided by PDI help Desk, but other Cisco teams do?

• Deliver Presales Presentations
• Deliver Customer Demonstrations
• Generate and review BOM's, help answering RFI/RFP
• Assistance with SKU's, Pricing or Part Number's

You need to be a Cisco Partner and hold a UC specialization to be entitled to open cases with us.

And as I mentioned, we're not the team you need to engage for this.
