No assigned Teams in Finesse supervisor

Like the title says i have nothing in my drop down for assigned teams. this appears to be working on other accounts but not mine specifically. i verified i have access in SubSystems > RMCM > Teams. is there somewhere else i should be looking? i've tried restarting the "Cisco Desktop Sync Service" which i read somewhere else might help, however i'm still having the issue. any suggestions?

 

CCX System version 10.6.1.11002-15 we will be updating versions here before too long but we can't at this moment.

Found the resolution:

 

Restart service: Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service

 

Notice: this will throw any users that are in "Ready" into not ready it took our system about 40 seconds to reboot the service and then all was well again.
