Not able to activate any service on CUCM Subscriber

Hi all,

 

I am not able to activate any service on subscriber and it shows me database failure, when I enter "utils dbreplication runtimestate" on publisher it shows me defining for the subscribers.

 

Can someone help me in both issues?

When attempting to access the individual server and start the services, it might appear to work. However, this is not the correct solution. The underlying issue lies in the fact that the publisher and subscriber are out of sync. I recommend referring to the attached link, which explains how to troubleshoot database errors on CUCM. By following the troubleshooting steps outlined there, you should be able to resolve the issue and successfully start the services from the publisher.
