We have been asked if it is possible to play an outbound message when one of our operators makes a call. We currently have a message playing on receipt of an incoming call using Unity Connection, but for some reason they want one to go out as well. We are using CallManager 12.5 which is accessed by our operators via a Zetron ACOM system using SIP. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

With CUCM and unity you wont be able to, I am not sure if its possible with UCCX.
