Outgoing call showing Anonymous on cucm

Hello all

I hope you are doing well.

I have a ptoblem with a line when i make a call with this line it showing Anonymous calls .

In the trace SIP on the RTMT : sip: Anonymous@anonymous 

The call work fine but it show anonymous call on calling number .

How can i solve it ?

Could you help me please .

If the other party sees the calling number as anonymous, then you probably hit a translation or route pattern in CUCM, which restricts the calling number.

So, check the call routing in CUCM, which translation and / or route patterns are used for dialing out and then, check the config of those patterns.

If i use another SDA by another phone the number show correctly

What is a SDA? Never heard that acronym before.

SDA is a DID  : direct inward dialing   , SDA is a nomination in french.

Have you compared the callrouting / traces / config of a working and the non-working phone / directory number?

 

Have you pinned down already, where the restriction is taking place? Does CUCM do it, or it is happening on the GW / CUBE?

Have you compared the callrouting / traces / config of a working and the non-working phone / directory number? yes they have the same config .

 

And what about the call routing? Are they using the same translation patterns, route patterns, CSS, partition, ...?

Don't let everything come out of your nose ...

 

What about looking at traces? Have you done that?

What about the other questions?

How should we help you, if you only throw small pieces of information around you?

 

 

The problem is solved after changed the css by the phone thank you for your collaboration

I thought you said that they had the same configuration, “yes they have the same config”, based on your last reply I get that this was inaccurate as you now state “The problem is solved after changed the css by the phone”.

How can i find those parametres ? are not in the Sip profile

It is in the SIP profile under Device > Device Settings > SIP Profile > select the SIP profile that the device uses.

I use a Standard SIP Profile in this phone , 

I can't find this  external presentation number on sip profile 

For your information i use CUCM version 10.5
