Outgoing Faxes Failing

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know can someone who knows how to read RTMT help me out. I have several fax machines that can receive faxes but they can't send out a fax. So I pulled the RTMT trace and opened a TAC case and it's been about 3hrs ago and the ticket is still unassigned. Users are asking me if I have any update and I don't. I'm attaching the trace file to my post, the calling number is 8178354165 and the called number is 8178870908 and thanks in advance for the help.

Have you called into TAC frontline if the issue is urgent for you ? The call logs don't tell much but I see this for an instance -

Thanks for the quick reply, I see the number in the traces, does it say what is causing the number to be rejected?

Can you share the SDL trace please ? Or a debug from the gateway if you grabbed one.
