Hi
We have attendant console advanced with cucm 11.5 - everything its ok except park cti ports.. while other ctis are registered succesfully park ports are not.
Services cti are for what actions??
Pls share your opinion.

Hi,
Service Devices are used in supp services like hold and transfer.
Please check the following:
Navigate to the TAPI Service Provider (TSP) Settings and configure automated voice lines to 255.
2. Verify if the DN's assigned to the CTI ports are unique and are not associated with any other phone/dn.
3. Make sure these service devices are associated with the application user on CUCM. If not associated then associate it with the application user.

Hi
Thank you for the reply.
I have opened cisco TSP but the wave tap is not there..
Do you have any idea?
Now i have removed some ports from the other services and Park ports registered successfully
