Is there a way to pass the logged in agent's user ID or extension to a browser work tab? I'd like to add a site for them that will show them their statistics for the day, but I don't want to make them log in again.
I know how to do it in the work flow for ringing, etc. But in this case I just want them to be able to select it from the drop down when they want to see it.
