Phone Designer future

Hello,

Are there any plans to reintroduce the Phone Designer ?

It is not supported anymore for new CUCM versions. But it was a very popular tool for end users.

The thing we've seen the most were the users kids pictures.

Maybe not technical but it gave a really appreciated touch of "fun" for the cisco phones.

By the way, the best use of a such tool in my point of view, would be to have it included ion the cucm user web page.

There was never a wide deployment of Phone Designer, so it never gained traction before being discontinued.  So I'm sorry to say that I have not seen any plans to replace Phone Designer.

Agree. I was hoping to hear that Cisco would build on this product being that it was very easy to give users the application and allow them to alter the wallpaper on their phone as they wished. Unfortunately it does not support the 8941\8965 line either?
