Hi ,
We need to discover IP phones [3905, 6900 and 9951] in Prime Assurance 9.0.How do we do that?
Is it that we need to manually discover or that can be automated ?
After the licenses have been uploaded successfully, we get High End Multi Codec /High End Single Codec endpoints and Phones/Cius /Movi.Bit confused how to get our model phones.

You need MASS end point licnenses for phones. Do you have that installed?

thanks for reply.
we have got 500 licenses with Part Code L-PC-A-500-MA-LIC.
Is this what u are referring to? We have already uploaded these licenses on server.

Hi Jim,
I was going through device managment guide which says
You can also discover the devices (endpoints, TelePresence server, and so on) individually, except
for the Cisco Unified IP Phone 8900 and 9900 series, Cisco Cius, and Cisco TelePresence Movi
endpoints. These endpoints are discovered only with the discovery of the call processor with which
they are registered.
For discovery of Cisco Cius and Cisco Unified IP Phone 8900 and 9900 series, you must enable the
HTTP interface so these devices appear in the inventory table.
But did not find for other endpoint models like 7900, 3905,6900.
