Hi all,
Need help to configure Busy IVR for helpdesk number, Let me describe the call flow first.
PSTN Call --> GW --> CUCM --> Extn- 1111 (enabled call forward to voicemail) --> CUC SIP trunk --> Call handler 1111 --> Standard Greetings(plays welcome IVR) --> After Greeting - attempt transfer --> pointed transfer rule to one CUCM Directory Number.
The above mentioned call flow is working, but when a 2nd person call on the helpdesk number the welcome greeting keeps looping for several time and disconnect with a goodbye.
Please help me with the configuration of busy IVR for 2nd calls.
We are using CUC 12.5.
I hope you guys understand the my requirement and scenario.

Change the last step and instead of sending the call directly to the DN, send it to a hunt pilot with queuing enabled.
