I recently migrated the CUCM from 6.1.5 to 11.x using Prime collaboration deployment
I am unable to login in to PLM, Error "invalid username or password"
When i check with command to just make sure the actual username it was "ccmadministrator", able to login in to cucm page via username "ccmadministrator"
any solutions ?

Nishad, i guess you are trying to logon to a CUCM co-resident PLM, right?
Try the steps below:-
- Go to the OS Administration webpage > Security > certificate management > and regenerate the IPSec certificate on the publisher.
NOTE: please download the certificate at your system, before regenerating it.
- Restart the DRF Master and Local services on the Publisher and Subscribers.
4. Attempt to login again. If still failing, open a TAC Case

PLM am using from the CUCM
certificate regenerate & DRF reboot are not worked
i resetted the PLM user password from the OS admin CLI ,and works for me
