I have a CCM/CUC/CUPS cluster that I buit and while setting up the Presence softphone I had to change the name for the callmanager servers under the server field(not the server hostname) from cm1, to the FQDN so the softphone would register, while doing so, the sip proxy service broke, and going through the logs have been unable to find information on the error.

I am not sure what this is and where to go from here. I changed the server name in callmanager administrator from cm1 to cm1.domain.org and cm2 to cm2.domain.org.
